How the estimate is built

The range is our current per square metre rate for each finish, multiplied by your size, plus about $35 per m² if the old driveway has to come out, plus 15 percent for a sloped or tight site. It doesn't include council permit fees or extra drainage. For a fixed price we need to see the site, but this number will be close. Read the full cost guide for what moves the price.
